The Great Dictator is SUCH a good movie (where this speech is from). Chaplin is amazing. And just think, that movie was made in 1940 during WWII, when so many people knew about what was going on in Nazi Germany and either didn’t believe it was happening or didn’t try to prevent it. Everything Chaplin talks about is still so relevant today as well.

If you don’t already know I’m a huge Chaplin nerd, I grew up watching his films. Also if you’re interested you should watch the film from the 90s about his life starring Robert Downey Jr.!
